Welcome to Geo SVG Ink Trap

Geo SVG Ink Trap is an Inkscape plugin for consolidating the SVG standards into a single usable format for GIS professionals. We aim to develop standards through which people can embed geospatial data in an SVG in a transparent, bi-directional manner so that when artists share beautiful maps, analysts can recreate the data. We also strive to provide artists with beautiful tools to create beautiful maps because, in reality, they are often the same people.
